2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data when you use our services:

Name, email address, phone number (when booking or contacting us)
Service address and property details (for cleaning bookings)
Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
Usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via our web server logs

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data to:

Fulfil your cleaning service booking
Process payments and send invoices
Communicate regarding your booking
Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests) where applicable.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking and transaction data for 10 years as required by German tax law (§ 147 AO). Contact inquiry data is deleted after 6 months unless a contract is formed.

6. Data Sharing

We share data only with essential service providers (Stripe for payments, hosting provider). We do not sell your data. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
